Hello!
This is Doug Hauptman, the founder & CEO of Mimosa Salon Suites.
I am reaching out to inform you of some significant updates and to establish a connection with you.
Firstly, I want to clarify that Larry is no longer member of our team and I cannot encourage you enough to not send him any money.

This is the best way to get anything fixed and my support team will promptly address your needs. Regarding collections and payments, I request that you communicate with me if there will be a delay, especially if it extends beyond Monday or, for some, the grace period until Wednesday. I am willing to assist and collaborate, but it is essential that all rent payment communications go through me from now on. Additionally, I would like to personally connect with each of you, so feel free to contact me at 678-315-5338 for a chat or even a FaceTime session. I am looking forward to meeting all of you soon.

Dressing for Success
Dress codes or appearance policies allow you to set expectations regarding the image of your business and your services. Dress codes can be formal or informal, as long as they're consistent.
Implementing a dress code in your salon will help radiate professionalism.
An immaculate appearance leaves a good first impression, and it promotes confidence in both the client and yourself. Additionally, it helps articulate the level of your services and the fairness of your business practices!
Consider implementing a dress code in your suite. You might find return visits and feedback increase after some time!
We will be using this new ticketing system to make our maintenance requestes more organized and streamlined! SupportBee is a ticketing system software used to store and manage the support desk history, best practices, and any supporting documentation.
