Hello, and Happy September!
Hello, Mimosa family! It is officially September and autumn is almost here! With cooler temperatures and exciting events just around the corner, we musn't forget to take time on September eleventh and remember those who lost their lives as well as those who lost their loved ones on the tragedy of 9/11/2001. Every day is a great day to be apart of the United States of America, but especially on 9/11 it's important we remember our gratitude for first responders and the bravery it took to face that national tragedy.
On a lighter note, we hope everyone had a wonderful and relaxing Labor Day weekend. Don't forget that here at Mimosa we encourage an open line of communication. Visit our repair site, fill out our weekly surveys sent out for tenant satisfaction, as well as other resources placed into this newsletter made to let you know you're not alone!
September Announcement from our founder
Hello!
This is Doug Hauptman, the founder & CEO of Mimosa Salon Suites. I am reaching out to inform you of some significant updates and to establish a connection with you.
Firstly, I want to clarify that Larry is no longer member of our team and I cannot encourage you enough to not send him any money.
For any repair needs, please utilize the support site https://support.mimosasalonsuites.com/ or email mimosasalonsuites-support@supportbeemail.com.
This is the best way to get anything fixed and my support team will promptly address your needs. Regarding collections and payments, I request that you communicate with me if there will be a delay, especially if it extends beyond Monday or, for some, the grace period until Wednesday.
I am willing to assist and collaborate, but it is essential that all rent payment communications go through me from now on. Additionally, I would like to personally connect with each of you, so feel free to contact me at 678-315-5338 for a chat or even a FaceTime session. I am looking forward to meeting all of you soon.
Thank you.
Doug H.
