Hello, and Happy Thanksgiving November! Dear Valued Tenants and Friends of Mimosa Salon Suites, I'm thrilled to share that we've successfully navigated the challenges stemming from my previous mistake with Larry Covington. Our hard work has paid off, and we're now current with service requests and nearly caught up on rent collections. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone who offered support, encouragement, and prayers during this trying time. Your kindness has made a world of difference. As we welcome November and the upcoming holiday season, I'm filled with gratitude and optimism. I invite those who have been fortunate to consider giving back to those in need. Please read on for opportunities to make a positive impact on our community. As we move forward, I pray that we'll all continue to grow in strength, love, and passion. Hello, and Happy September! Hello, Mimosa family! It is officially September and autumn is almost here! With cooler temperatures and exciting events just around the corner, we musn't forget to take time on September eleventh and remember those who lost their lives as well as those who lost their loved ones on the tragedy of 9/11/2001. Every day is a great day to be apart of the United States of America, but especially on 9/11 it's important we remember our gratitude for first responders and the bravery it took to face that national tragedy. On a lighter note, we hope everyone had a wonderful and relaxing Labor Day weekend. Don't forget that here at Mimosa we encourage an open line of communication. This is the best way to get anything fixed and my support team will promptly address your needs. Regarding collections and payments, I request that you communicate with me if there will be a delay, especially if it extends beyond Monday or, for some, the grace period until Wednesday. I am willing to assist and collaborate, but it is essential that all rent payment communications go through me from now on. Happy July, Mimosa! Hello Mimosa Family! It is officially July! The sun is scorching and the Georgia heat has us all finding any way we can to stay cool. Summer is here, and the school year is just right around the corner! July is the month that we get to celebrate all of the achievements that our country has gained throughout the years on independence day, the 4th of July!

Happy May, Mimosa! Hello Mimosa Family! It is officially May! Skies are blue, flowers are blooming. Spring is here, and summer is just right around the corner! May is the month that we get to celebrate all of the special ladies in our lives that we call mom. Don't forget, it's Sunday, May 12th! May is also the month we celebrate and remember those who have lost their lives serving our country, on the last Monday of May. The Mimosa staff wishes you a beautiful, safe, and blessed May!

Happy April, Mimosa! Hello Mimosa Family! It is officially April! Spring is here, and the wait is over! We all know that April is the month we celebrate April Fool's day, but did you know that it is thought that the word “April” comes from the verb “aperire,” which means “to open”, which makes sense since April is the season of trees and flowers beginning to bloom. The April birthstone is a diamond and the birth flower is either a Daisy or Sweet Pea. The Mimosa staff wishes you a beautiful, safe, and blessed April!

We all know that February is the month we celebrate St. Patrick's' Day, but did you know that every year, March and June finish on the same day of the week? March is the time of year when animals start waking up from hibernation. The name for March comes from Mars, the Roman god of war. The Mimosa staff wishes you a beautiful, safe, and blessed March!

Hello, and happy February! Hello Mimosa Family! It is officially February, and it is the best time for appreciating those we hold close and spreading love! Did you know that 145 million greeting cards are exchanged every year for Valentine's Day? That's just in the U.S. alone, according to Hallmark! ... We all know that February is the month we celebrate Valentine's Day, but did you know it's also Black History Month? This month is an amazing opportunity to spread love as well as appreciate all of the many influential black and African American peoples who have made history, influenced, and transformed American culture to be more accepting, loving, peaceful, and diverse.
