Vivint Entry System | Eastside - Conyers Tenants


We have been working on upgrading the access system we have in Conyers, and we have finally done it!


Now, each tenant will have their own unique passes to gain access to their location with Vivint Smart Locks.

Smart Locks will give you the chance to create a custom passcode for keyless entry to the building using your phone, which will allow you to grant your clients and guests the ability to gain access without even having to leave your suite!


Plus, you will always be able to control your locks on the Vivint Smart Home app to change or update your passcode or email address.

Dressing for Success

Dress codes or appearance policies allow you to set expectations regarding the image of your business and your services. Dress codes can be formal or informal, as long as they're consistent. 


Implementing a dress code in your salon will help radiate professionalism. 


An immaculate appearance leaves a good first impression, and it promotes confidence in both the client and  yourself. Additionally, it helps articulate the level of your services and the fairness of your business practices!


Consider implementing a dress code in your suite. You might find return visits and feedback increase after some time!


We will be using this new ticketing system to make our maintenance requestes more organized and streamlined! SupportBee is a ticketing system software used to store and manage the support desk history, best practices, and any supporting documentation. 


If you experience any issuses within your suite, please check out the SupportBee system, create a login and profil, and create a ticket.

Monthly Tips!

Connect your Facebook and Instagram business pages. When you choose to connect these pages, this allows you to use them for the ads that you can create on Facebook! And as a bonus, everything you post on Instagram automatically uploads to Facebook!


 Logos are really important. You want your logo to explain who you are and what you do, why you do it, and how you do it.


Do you want your logo to provide a clear visual representation of what it is you're offering as a service?


Updated Paint Policy

Initial paint and touch-ups will be completed, as a courtesy, and a means to bringing the suite back to a presentable status, at the beginning of your lease. 


As tenants, you have agreed not to paint in your assigned room. Tenants are highly discouraged to attempt repairs to the wall surface. Touch-Ups may be requested and completed by Mimosa Salon Suites maintenance. 


New Tenant Paint Selection

If you would like to request a specific paint color at the beginning of your lease, you will be asked to pay an additional $50 to our specified painter, and as a courtesy, we will purchase the paint and supplies. 


Current Tenant Paint Selection

If you are a current tenant, then we would have already painted your suite at the start of your lease. So, if you would like to request a specific paint color in the middle of your lease, you will be asked to pay $100 to our specified painter, and as a courtesy, we will purchase the paint and supplies. 


 In either case, if you do not want to use our designated painter, any additional painting to your assigned suite must be completed by a professional painting contractor or company and all information must be given to management. Additionally, we will NOT be supplying the paint or supplies.


Payments 

Payments made for this policy will be made directly to the individual who has been assigned to complete the job. This must be done prior to either. 


Payment methods should be discussed prior to the start of the job and agreed upon by both parties. 


Accepted payment methods: Cash, Money order, CashApp, Venmo, or Zelle.

  1. Please pick the color you would like from here https://www.ppgpaints.com/color.
  • Please make sure the color name AND item number is sent. For example: “Delicate White, PPG1001-1”. Relay this paint color via SupportBee.

2. Contact with Steve @ (404) 925-2456 to discuss:

  • Scheduling a day and time for job
  • What, if any, items need to be removed to make the painting safer and easier
  • The form of payment he can accept and how he can receive the payment

New Year, New Floors: Exciting Updates at Mimosa Salon Suites Happy New Year to our wonderful Mimosa family! We're starting 2025 with some exciting news that will make our space even more beautiful and functional for both our suite owners and clients. Mark your calendars: This April, we're giving our floors a complete makeover. After years of faithful service (and countless services), our current flooring has earned its retirement. We're investing in flooring in the hallways that will not only look great but also provide better wear and tear for those many thousands of clients coming to the suites every year! The installation is planned to roll out in phases to minimize disruption to your business. We're working with our people to ensure the smoothest possible transition, with most work scheduled during off-peak hours. We'll share the detailed schedule and specific arrangements in our February newsletter. This flooring upgrade is just one of the improvements we have planned for 2025. With cooler temperatures and exciting events just around the corner, we musn't forget to take time on September eleventh and remember those who lost their lives as well as those who lost their loved ones on the tragedy of 9/11/2001. Every day is a great day to be apart of the United States of America, but especially on 9/11 it's important we remember our gratitude for first responders and the bravery it took to face that national tragedy. On a lighter note, we hope everyone had a wonderful and relaxing Labor Day weekend. Don't forget that here at Mimosa we encourage an open line of communication.
