The Holiday Season is on the way!
Fall time was so short-lived, we barely noticed it! As we anticipate the winter season and cooler temps we should remain vigilant during these strange economic times. We have had more people than ever winning our rewards by paying on time and in advance, but on the same coin we have had some who have needed a lot of help during this quarter.

Vivint Entry System | Eastside - Conyers Tenants
We have been working on upgrading the access system we have in Conyers, and we have finally done it!
Now, each tenant will have their own unique passes to gain access to their location with Vivint Smart Locks.
Smart Locks will give you the chance to create a custom passcode for keyless entry to the building using your phone, which will allow you to grant your clients and guests the ability to gain access without even having to leave your suite!
Plus, you will always be able to control your locks on the Vivint Smart Home app to change or update your passcode or email address.
This new update will be fully operational by November 22nd.
We will need a few pieces of information from you first to get you all put into the system. Keep an eye out for the email on what is needed. And thanks!

Dressing for Success
Dress codes or appearance policies allow you to set expectations regarding the image of your business and your services. Dress codes can be formal or informal, as long as they're consistent.
Implementing a dress code in your salon will help radiate professionalism.
An immaculate appearance leaves a good first impression, and it promotes confidence in both the client and yourself. Additionally, it helps articulate the level of your services and the fairness of your business practices!
Consider implementing a dress code in your suite. You might find return visits and feedback increase after some time!
We will be using this new ticketing system to make our maintenance requestes more organized and streamlined! SupportBee is a ticketing system software used to store and manage the support desk history, best practices, and any supporting documentation.
If you experience any issuses within your suite, please check out the SupportBee system, create a login and profil, and create a ticket.

Updated Key Replacement Policy
Management at Mimosa Salon Suites have absolutely no obligation to furnish new keys or unlock doors, as you are your own business owner. Once we are asked to unlock doors and furnish keys, we will charge the necessary fee to account for the time and energy spent to do so.
Lost key replacement fee
An additional two (2) keys will be furnished for a charge ranging between $35 and $55, depending on your location, if you have misplaced your key and need to gain entry to your suite.
The listed prices are meant to include travel, time, and material costs.
Lock out fee
If you have simply locked yourself out, or left your key at home, you will be charged a Lock out admin fee. This fill will be $25 for both Stonecrest and Covington locations, and $15 for Eastside.

The Mimosa Salon Suites Team works throughout the day to execute an overall cleaning program built to ensure a clean environment, which is designed with your safety and comfort in mind.
The common areas (i.e restrooms, hallways, closets) routinely undergo more than three labor hours of cleaning every day and evening combined. Now, as of March 2, Mimosa Salon Suites enhanced our cleaning procedures by expanding the use of industrial-grade, disinfectants to address human touchpoints across the board. Doorknobs & fixtures
A multi-step cleaning process, using an industrial-grade disinfectant, is designed to address high-touch areas such as interior door knobs, light swtiches, and restroom fixtures.
In the Restrooms
Each restroom is receiving more attention via the industrial-grade disinfectant coupled with Lysol and Clorox wipes. This includes: mirrors and sinks.
Securing your space
Mimosa Salon Suites is working diligently to keep our locations clean and in a sanitary condition.
