Mimosa Salon Suites is hiring an Administrative Assistant for its new franchising division. The responsibilities of this job include but are not limited to managing appointments, filling out applications, database administration, coordinating with sales team regarding scheduling and many other general administrative tasks.
We're looking for the right individual who has experience in executive administration as well as sales and marketing administration. The right candidate must be well-versed in Microsoft Office and Google Docs. This person must also be dedicated to professionalism and be very passionate about entrepreneurship.
We're looking for part-time to start but it will lead to a full-time position!
